OK, sounds crazy to be giving a 5-star review to a restaurant I haven't been to in two decades, but this one deserves it. When I lived in LA (now in Richmond Virginia) this was my go-to restaurant. Best fish and chips in the country, not a drop of oil in the crispy bread-crumb covering. Try the Cornish Pastie, have a draft beer, play some darts, relax and let your hair down. Then go for a walk on Santa Monica Pier to complete a perfect day!

They do have an outside area. So probably. But call to make sure ? the food is yummy!

I believe you can in the eating area, but not in the bar area. And you will not be able to go up to or sit at the bar while you are there.
